If you are a mother or a woman experiencing challenges and you are not sure where to turn. If you are feeling life is a struggle and difficult right now, please know that it does not need to stay this way.

There IS a way forward and I would love to meet you where you are at right now in your life, to hold a safe, nourishing and loving space for you to truly know this, and start the shifting process. I would love to share valuable intuitive guidance, healing, and empowering tools and techniques that have been proven to work in my 21 years of healing experience and training. 

So let me tell you a bit about myself and you can decide whether my services resonate with you.

My journey 

In 2003 I was feeling the weight of my past playing out in my life and I embarked on my own healing journey. My life hasn’t been the same since and continues to evolve!

In the last 4 years alone, at age 45, I have become a mother of two boys which I believed would never be possible, due to beliefs that were impressed on me by members of my family that I'd never have children. Needless to say that wasn't true and my two boys are one of the lights of my world.

I also now live in a beautiful part of the country called Devon, UK. In my day to day life I am a full time mother raising my two boys in a spiritually conscious way alongside my partner. I love the sense of family and community here. The conscious and spiritual values of my new friends align with my own as a parent. 

I enjoy making bespoke creations and spending time out in nature and down our local beach catching beautiful rays of the sun. My favourite pastime is spent at sacred sites in the UK and Egypt connecting to the energy of the lands. Those closest to me in my community would describe me as a friendly, kind and down to earth beautiful soul with a good heart.

I spent many years prior to my motherhood journey working through my own past trauma. Clearing it from my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. I continue this life long work to be the best I can be and my life is better than I could have imagined back in 2003. 

The “work” is challenging, especially when life still reflects old beliefs - such as working full-time in the NHS for 15 of those years - but things do align and kind of magically fall into place, and it gets easier and manifests faster into being. I started this journey with my full time job, then started running a spiritual business alongside it in the evenings and weekends, which did align but I was tired. And now my life is very different in the best way. 

I have embraced the highs and lows of being on a healing pathway. It has taken me down roads I could never have imagined. I came from a challenging environment as a child and experienced negative trauma growing up within my family and from people within and my surrounding environment, right up until adulthood and inadvertently took a negative pathway which took a lot of inner strength to walk away from and heal. I wasn’t sure a beautiful loving family was going to be possible in my life with the weight I was carrying. 

I always felt different but I could never understand why or put my finger on it. Even now I don’t always fit, but I really know and embody who I am and my purpose. 

As I healed from difficult family memories, soul family came into my life at the right time through workshops and conscious events. Strangers I felt like I had known for lifetimes with a sense of trust and security. 

All the spiritual and healing practices led me to transform my life and become the person I am today. I would love to share these practices with you.

Nowadays my healing journey is led by my motherhood initiations and insight. I would love to work with like minded mothers and women to equip them with the tools and techniques that have served me so well through these initiations. They empower us to stay present and focused on creating the life we truly love for ourselves and our children. 

How we can work together. 

I work face to face, but mostly online. I love the online space as it enables us all to do the “work” whilst continuing to be present with our families and children. It can work so well around our vital family commitments.

My purpose and soul led passion is facilitating healing through empowering mothers and woman with self development healing practices, which can be applied to our everyday life and busy schedule. I empathise with the demands of parenthood and teach with practicality in mind.

I find healing happens fast and effectively by connecting with our own inner child first, leaning into the voice of our own soul, and using empowering tools and techniques that'll support us each day through challenges with ease and grace.
We have reached an unprecedented time of extraordinary change, which is bringing up old patterns, beliefs, learned behaviours and old traumas to the surface, which is all perfectly normal at the moment, as we are in a time of Ascension. 

What is Ascension? 

Ascension is the path of those who are choosing to consciously step into a higher level of light. It's a personal choice to bravely step into the unknown in order to expand into an experience that is entirely new for everyone. 

The Earth, humans and sentient beings living on the planet are shifting into a whole new level of reality right NOW, in which a new level of consciousness of love, joy, peace, freedom, compassion and spiritual wisdom prevails. This is what is called the Fifth Dimension.

So with all of this happening, I would also love to support you by sharing techniques which aid our evolution and expansion of our mind, body, spirit and soul through the transformations. Techniques that transmute any negative energies into beautifully healed and transformative energy - assisting us to manifest a positive affect on our mind, body and overall well-being. 

Ascension is also a process of aligning with higher consciousness and with the universe. It happens by working on ourselves gradually day by day. I will hold space for you to shift into the New World with greater ease and grace enabling you to connect with the higher vibrations more easily.

I love to help people recognise the causes of happiness and unhappiness and how it is possible to master them with empowering tools that enable you to navigate the shifts occurring during your personal Ascension journey. I'd also love to help you discover your life purpose in this new frequency of energy.
